2. By the decision of the employer, taking into account the Walsall Accountants representation, as we put it, of the elected body of the primary trade union organization or other representative body of workers, workers who are provided with free leather boots with a protective toe cap by the real Model Norms may be issued leather low shoes with a protective toe cap instead of leather boots with a protective cap. toe cap with the same terms of socks.

3. By the decision of the employer, taking into account the  representation of the elected body of the primary trade union organization or other representative body of workers, employees of all professions and positions provided for by the real Model Norms may additionally be issued a headgear with a period of wear "until wear out."

4. It should be emphasized that employees who combine professions and positions or who constantly perform combined work, including as part of complex teams, are additionally issued, depending on the work performed, personal protective equipment provided for the combined profession or position, with a mark on the combined profession (position) and the necessary additional personal protective equipment in the employee's personal card.

5. In order to improve the care of personal protective equipment, the employer has the right to provide employees with 2 sets of appropriate personal protective equipment with a double wearing period.

6. Undoubtedly, it is worth mentioning that the period of wearing of goggles stipulated by real Standard Norms, established "before wear", should not finally exceed 1 year.

7. Employees of all professions and positions who perform work in areas where in the spring-summer period there is a massive year of blood-sucking insects, or where, therefore, there is a danger of infection with tick-borne encephalitis, are additionally issued: a suit for protection against harmful bio-causes with a period of wear 1 PC. for 3 years, also a set of repellents: aerosol to protect against midges and midges or cream in a tube to protect against midges and midges in the amount of more than 400 ml for 1 year, aerosol for protection against ticks in the amount of more than 100 ml for 1 year, after bites (balm) - more than 100 ml for 1 year.

8. Imagine one fact that workers of all professions and positions employed in works in explosive and fire hazardous criteria are given, as everyone knows, special clothing made of fabrics and materials with fire-resistant anti-electrostatic qualities, and an air-oxygen filtering self-rescuer.

9. Employees engaged in work in working electrical installations, performing switching, electrical work in rooms with electrical equipment under voltage, where there is a risk of an electric arc, are issued personal protective equipment against thermal risks of an electric arc in accordance with the real Standard Norms or typical industry norms. The employer, taking into account the submission of the elected body of the primary trade union organization or other representative body of workers, establishes, in accordance with the actual Standard Norms, a list of personal protective equipment against thermal risks, as usual, electric arcs for the respective workplaces, ensuring the protection of workers from 2nd-degree burns,

10. Undoubtedly, it is worth mentioning that, depending on the nature of the work performed, workers whose professions are provided for by p. 64 of the real Standard Norms, may additionally be issued with personal protective equipment provided for by the rules of radiation safety:

• protective goggles - before wear;
• filtering or insulating respiratory protection means - until worn out;
• pneumatic mask - before wear;
• air helmet - until worn out;
• pneumosuit - before wear;
• pneumojacket - until worn out.

11. Terms of wearing warm special clothes and warm special shoes are set in years depending on weather zones.

12. By the decision of the employer, taking into account the submission of the elected body of the primary trade union organization or other representative body of workers to workers who continuously or constantly perform work in III, IV and special weather zones, also in high mountain areas at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level, they can say so issued:

• insulating vest with heating elements 1 pc. for 2 years or a short fur coat - "by the belts";
• hat with earflaps - 1 pc. for 3 years;
• fur mittens or warming inserts with heating elements for gloves or mittens - 1 pair for 2 years.
